How Planning Fees Work
Travel advising is a professional service, and like any professional service, a planning fee applies to most bookings. This fee reflects the time, expertise, and research that goes into crafting a trip that's genuinely tailored to you — not a template, not a generic package, but a journey designed around your specific interests, pace, and travel style. The simplest bookings will incur no planning fee. For more complex itineraries, the fee is commensurate with the work involved. In all cases, the planning fee is agreed upon upfront before any work begins — no surprises.

If all you want is help booking hotels, there’s no fee.
